Compaq drives undergo an intense qualification process that eliminates data integrity problems, firmware and O/S incompatibilities, and other causes of data corruption or premature failure. Only those drives whose performance is suitable for a server or workstation environment are selected through Compaqs qualification process and are "best in class." 18GB, 7.2k rpm, Ultra3 SCSI (Ultra 40/m) 80-pin SCA 3.5" internal hard drive for select Compaq ProLiant servers.
